September Campout

Pack 1833 will be camping at Newport News Park Campground Friday - Sunday. Our campsite is the Youth Group Site II. All are welcome to join us for a relaxing weekend enjoying the outdoors.

We will be going on a hike. Bring your fishing gear to catch some fish in the large lake.

One of the largest municipal parks (7,500+ acres) east of the Mississippi River, Newport News Park offers a wide variety of activities, including hiking, biking, mountain biking, picnicking, paddle boating, canoeing, archery and freshwater fishing.

If you are planning to stay Friday night, please plan to arrive no earlier than 6:30pm.
